In 2015, she graduated from Union University with her MSN and is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. In 2016, she started working in the holistic healthcare field specifically. She has a deep passion for both health AND wellness and really aspires to help people feel their very best with lifestyle modifications, education, and a more natural approach to their healthcare. In 2021, she felt led to open Reclaiming Wellness in hopes of bringing affordable holistic medicine to Sumner county and surrounding areas.
Patients know that when they have an appointment with Sara, they are getting her undivided attention without feeling rushed. She makes everyone feel comfortable and has the gift of making you feel like you're sitting down and talking to a friend.
Her and her husband Jay have been married since 2010 and have three grown sons. Jay Magoun, MD is a physician in Sumner county and has served in the Emergency Department for over 25 years.
When they are not working, they spend their free time running their Non-Profit Farm animal rescue called Last Chance Ranch.
Katie Leonard, BSN, RN
Katie has been a registered nurse and in the healthcare setting for over 15 years. She splits her time between Reclaiming Wellness and St. Thomas West in the cardiac pre-op/pacu unit.
She enjoys the intensity and adrenaline of still working in the hospital but also loves really getting to know patients in the office setting, valuing her long-term relationships that she has made. She has many years of IV experience and knows the anxiety that some have with getting an IV placed.
She will always take the time to sit and discuss exactly what the patient is needing in their healthcare journey and which IV may be helpful. Her niche is making everyone feel important and valued, no matter what they look like, what they've been through, or where they are in their life journey!
When she is not working she loves to spend time with her husband, two children, cats, and pug preferably outdoors.
She loves to read murder/suspense books, cheer on the Memphis Grizzlies, go hiking, wrangle feral cats, and collect tattoos.
Alexandria Aldrich, MA

When she is not working, she enjoys spending her time outdoors, with family, and taking care of her many animals. She loves reading all types of books, playing puzzles, and going camping.
